Buildings and industrial construction projects

The hot dip galvanizing line is a new dominant feature of the U.S. Steel Košice company and the city. The construction project includes a new hall featuring a steel bearing structure founded on piles and reinforced concrete footings. The cladding of the hall and hall roof consists of sandwich panels.

The premises of the Optima shopping and entertainment centre are situated in the western part of Košice city. The construction project involved the completion of the first stage consisting of construction of the Hypernova hypermarket and a shopping gallery, including access roads, parking area, and goods supply areas, water main, gas main, waste and rain water drainage systems, and heat line.

A one floor brick building with a shopping area of 1000 m2 and foundations built on concrete strip foundations. The construction involved also parking area, access road, connections, and soft landscaping.

The business premises of Phoenix Zeppelin are situated in the town district of Košice-Šaca. It is a new separate building construction that interconnects all the operation units. The Service Department section is designed as a separate part of the building. The bearing structure of the building consists of prestressed concrete and steel columns combined with brick walls.

The construction project involved the conversion of the army quarters into the seat of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic that is now situated in the historical centre of Košice. The building has a new roof construction, completely renewed vertical and horizontal structures, thermal insulation, floor replacement, door and window openings. All internal and external surfaces were redressed and wiring, heat and ventilation systems, heating and connections renewed. The adjacent yard is a part of the construction project.

It is a large-space shop in the Prešov city. The building is founded on large diameter piles; the bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete skeleton. The building was fully completed, including all internal installations, an advertising column, pedestrian paths, roads, parking area, and all services connections are a part of the building premises.

The branch office of the National Bank of Slovakia in Poprad is situated in a new, modern two floor building with a skylight above the stairway and a barrier-free access path leading to the main entrance. The building is built on foundation strips; the bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete sandwich walls combined with brickwork and a steel-concrete ceiling. Construction involved also adjacent sidewalks and service roads, parking area, sewerage system, water main connection, emergency power supply, and vault management system.
